Rambling Around the Ruins of Knossos - Ceramic Candle
Sorry, currently out of stock
These beautiful hand-thrown ceramic votives contain a 400g double-wick candle burning up to 120 hours (the same as our standard Large size). Made in collaboration with South-London ceramicist Bansheeplum, the custom glazes were developed to closely match our collection colours.
With reusability in mind, the votives are dishwasher friendly and food safe. After their first life as a candle, you can fill them with anything you like - including a fresh candle and we will soon be releasing refill packs for this very purpose.
Rambling Around the Ruins of Knossos
Ylang-ylang, Bergamot, Jasmine, May Chang & Cardamom.
Childhood holidays are something we all hold dear. Dan spent a lot of his childhood roaming around the French countryside, while Jake spent his time rambling around ancient ruins and blissful countryside of Greek island. One moment that has always suck out for Jake was "Admiring the overwhelming splendour of ancient ruins while the intoxicating scent of wild jasmine hanging heavy in the air."
The intoxicating scent of wild jasmine hanging heavy in the air on a warm Mediterranean evening after a full day of exploring ancient ruins with soft citrus scents and a spiced deepness is where this scent takes us.
The start of this fragrance is bright sweet Italian Bergamot backed by the crisp, citrus scent of peppery wild-crafted and steam distilled May Chang.
The fragrance is based around the luxurious rich aromatic Mediterranian Jasmine. To support the bright floral centre of this site is the greenish-yellow star-shaped flowers of the Cananga tree Ylang-Ylang with its beautiful sweet relaxing scent.
The aromatic spice of Sri Lankan Cardamom sits at the end of this fragrance to take you back to the warm evenings of the Mediterranian.
